When you request a quote or make a booking we collect the details needed to perform the service: your name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, travel dates and times, flight numbers, passenger and luggage counts, and any special instructions you provide (such as child seat requirements).
Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our systems; we retain only booking references, amounts, and payment confirmation status.
We also collect limited technical data when you use the website, such as pages visited and general device information, to keep the site working properly.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide quotes, confirm and perform transfers, track your flights so pickups can be adjusted, send booking confirmations and driver details, respond to inquiries, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We may contact you about a booking by phone, SMS, or email.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Sharing your information
Booking details are shared only with the people and systems needed to perform your transfer: the assigned driver and dispatch team, our payment processor, flight tracking services (flight number only), and mapping providers used to calculate routes and fares. Service providers are bound to use your data only for the services they perform for us.
We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
Data retention
Booking records are kept as long as needed to provide the service and to satisfy legal, tax, and accounting requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Child passengers appear in bookings only through details supplied by an adult.
